Job Description

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Superintendent / Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at a residential condominium building in Whitby. This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the property’s common areas.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping the building in excellent condition for residents and visitors.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

As a Superintendent / Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the building, including but not limited to :

Cleaning & Maintenance of Common Areas :

• Deep cleaning of lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and amenity spaces.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
• Floor care including scrubbing, buffing, and spot treatment as required.
