Your responsibilities in a few words :
Ensure sound management of accounts receivable - Carry out credit inquiries and transmit suggestions for lines of credit and required revisions - Make calls to collect amounts due and see to the negotiation of payment agreements - Participate upon release of orders Produce notices and receipts Communicate with the sales and administration department regarding payment disputes Apply credit insurance rules to files Guarantee the collection and sharing of information with the lawyers Providing teamwork and effective collaboration with colleagues
Your strengths for this position :
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Have an interest in teamwork and information analysis
- Bilingualism : French required
