Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Consultant, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home.

In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (weekdays and weeknights preferred).

What You Will Do :

• Guide customers in their décor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs
• Provide a warm greeting to every customer
• Establish connections with customers to build customer loyalty
• Carry out transactions (purchases, exchanges, and returns)
• Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring :

• At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience
• A passion for interior décor and merchandising
• Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad
• Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (12-20 hours) per week (weekday shifts)
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
