- Bring innovative ideas and a positive attitude to meetings.
- Clearly articulate your ideas and instil confidence in clients during presentations.
- Own and lead projects independently.
- Work closely with the client services, strategy, and creative departments.
- Be open to co-creation.
- Direct talent in the studio and on a film set.
- Have a sense of humour; we like to have fun.

- You have 5+ years' experience in a similar position, and 3 years in an agency.
- You know 360 creation and production processes like the back of your hand.
- You're a positive influence on others.
- You're comfortable formulating your ideas.
- You work quickly and well.
- You can juggle several projects at once and manage your priorities.
- You're not afraid of change and adapt easily to unexpected situations.
- You’re fluent in English.
