About our Client :

Our client is a well-established manufacturer and distributor of construction and land equipment based in Pickering, Ontario. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and team development, they are seeking long-term associates who are serious about building a stable career in the industrial sector.

We are currently recruiting experienced Forklift Operators for a role that focuses primarily on order picking using Counterbalance or Reach forklifts. If you have 2-3 years of forklift experience and are comfortable handling medium to large parts of heavy equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Safely operate Counterbalance, Reach and Order Picker forklifts to pick and move heavy equipment parts

Execute accurate and timely order picking, put-away, shipping, and receiving tasks

Load and unload trucks, store materials, and manage inventory placement

Follow health and safety procedures while working in a busy warehouse environment

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area

Requirements : Requirements :

Must have their own vehicle as there is no provision of public transport to the facility

Valid Counterbalance, Reach and Order Picker forklift license

2-3 years of recent forklift experience, especially in order picking using Counterbalance and Reach

Experience working with large or heavy parts is strongly preferred

Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Associate will be required to pass an initial safe forklift operator test at our client site
