Civil Senior Estimator

About the Role : We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Estimator to lead our estimating team and drive the success of infrastructure projects ranging from $1M to $20M+. You’ll be at the heart of our pre-construction process, collaborating with leadership, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver accurate, competitive bids for heavy civil, municipal, highway, airport, and land development projects.

Salary : $100,000–$140,000 / year + performance bonuses

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating team through full-cycle bid preparation
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate material takeoffs and subcontractor scope reviews
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare and submit final estimates and bid packages
• Support post-tender negotiations and project handoff
• Track actual vs. estimated costs and assist with change orders
• Conduct post-project reviews to improve future estimates
