About Shady Hazel Farm
Shady Hazel Farm is a diversified, family-run farm on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. We grow a wide variety of vegetables and specialty cut flowers for market, offer U-pick berries, flowers, and pumpkins, and raise our own livestock. Our farm values good food, good land stewardship, and a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere. We’re hands-on, hardworking, and always striving to make our farm better.
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Farm Lead to help manage day-to-day farm operations and play a key role in production, organization, and field maintenance on the farm.

The ideal candidate is driven, organized, independent and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
