Qualifications We’re Seeking

  • Education : Minimum of a Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on IC design.
  • Experience : 3+ years of design experience, including knowledge of CTLE, DFE, ADC, DAC, oscillators, PLLs, and more.
  • SerDes / High-Speed Expertise : If you’ve tackled a SerDes or high-speed circuit design (>

10GS / s), that’s a significant asset.

  • Silicon Proven : Multiple silicon designs taped out with measured results? You’re our kind of engineer.
  • SOI or FinFet Know-How : Experience in SOI or FinFet process nodes? Even better.
  • Coding Skills : Comfortable with scripting, programming, and tools like Matlab / Simulink and Python.
  • Team Player : Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a strong team player.
  • Location : Strong preference for those eligible to work within Canada.
