Responsibilities
REHAU Incorporated, a leading international construction materials manufacturer, is seeking an outgoing and detailed-oriented Sales Coordinator for our Furniture Solutions (FS) Division .
Known in the industry as a leading edging supplier, we've systematically expanded our role in the architectural millwork and woodworking community by providing the latest technology in edging as well as sourcing curated, trend-setting surface and cabinet door solutions for our customers.
- Promote and manage relationships with current and new customers throughout the sales territory
- Process, review and maintain incoming customer orders
- Act as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives
- Participate in customer prospecting / initial contact activities, up-selling, and credit management
- Manage customer claims process
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining and shipping product samples and literature, invoicing, and organizing Academy events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent level of work experience
- Fluent French required
- 2 or more years of relevant inside sales and customer service experience preferred
- Experience using SAP a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and interested in working for an international company within the Canadian market
- Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a dynamic team
