• Lead multiple commercial / industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, teams, and site leadership.
• Promote a strong safety culture and high-quality workmanship.
• Mentor Project Managers and site teams, elevating project management standards.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and risks, implementing proactive solutions.
• Collaborate across operations, estimating, and other internal teams.
