Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Appian Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Appian-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Appian platform and have at least 8 years of experience working with Appian. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, managing a team of developers, and ensuring that all Appian projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

As the Appian Delivery Manager, you will coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth delivery and integration of Appian solutions. You will lead multiple projects, handle client communications, and ensure that technical teams deliver optimal results. The role requires strong leadership skills, extensive Appian expertise, and excellent project management abilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage Appian delivery for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Appian projects, including planning, development, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high-quality development and timely delivery of Appian solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Appian developers, analysts, and testers, providing technical guidance, leadership, and career development support.
  • Define project milestones, timelines, and resources, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Drive best practices for solution architecture, design, and coding standards to ensure optimal performance and scalability of Appian applications.
  • Provide oversight on Appian integrations with third-party systems, databases, and external applications.
  • Manage risk assessments, troubleshooting, and resolve escalated issues during project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, security, and regulatory standards in project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to refining delivery methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations, and providing post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
