The Job

As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the friendly expert customers turn to when they need the right gear for their next adventure—whether they’re heading to the slopes or hitting the trails. From bikes to gear, apparel, and accessories, you’ll help them find everything they need to make their outdoor experiences memorable.

You’ll provide expert advice and share your knowledge, with the goal of ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and excited for their next adventure.

The base wage for this role ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 / hr. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity. While the full range is listed for this role, we rarely hire at the top of the range, leaving room for professional and financial growth in role.
