A suite of transformative modelling and analytics products and services that guide our clients through every stage of the deal cycle.

A commitment to the latest technologies and platforms to keep us at the forefront of the industry. Supportive, inclusive team that brings together a wealth of expertise from data science, technology, business, finance, and various industries.

What your days will look like:

  • Understanding what makes a business tick and creating data-driven tools that empower management to make informed decisions and enhance business value
  • Translating complex technical and financial concepts into clear insights for our non-technical stakeholders, aiding in sound decision-making
  • Enhancing investor and financier understanding by contributing to clear, KPI-focused forecasts that reflect key business sensitivities
  • Strengthening negotiation positions with in-depth analysis of past financial performance, projecting cash flow and profit trends
  • Working with management to develop commercial insights to improve business performance after a deal process
  • Preparing businesses for future transactions by establishing essential KPIs and reporting frameworks
  • Engaging in business development to spot and research new opportunities with current or potential clients

This role is for you if:

We're looking for someone who loves tackling complex challenges and takes pride in explaining their solutions. You'll collaborate with similar analytical minds and engage with a variety of stakeholders. As a team player and excellent communicator, you'll be an advisor who works well with others.

Your commercial and financial acumen will be key as you delve into business drivers, analyse data, and provide transparent, actionable insights to our clients.

  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring, with a drive to develop and empower your team.
  • Self-motivation and a love for learning.
  • The ability to navigate complex financial and operational issues and solve unique business challenges.
  • ACA or ACCA equivalent is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools like PowerBI, Tableau etc
  • Experience in connecting and refining data using tools like Alteryx or Power Query
  • SQL and/ or Python skills would be beneficial.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
