Were on the hunt for a Supply Strategy Manager to join the team at LiSTNR Australias largest-reaching Digital Audio Network. This Sydney or Melbourne-based role is pivotal in shaping how our inventory is structured accessed and activated across the digital ecosystemincluding audio video and display. Youll work cross-functionally to ensure our tech stack identity solutions and commercial approach are future-ready scalable and aligned with the needs of both buyers and internal teams.

Its a unique opportunity to influence the growth and sophistication of programmatic at one of Australias most ambitious digital media platforms.

What will you be driving day-to-day

• Architect how LiSTNRs inventory is structured and surfaced across SSPs and DSPs ensuring its buyer-ready across audio video and display.
• Keep our programmatic ecosystem humming. Run regular inventory checks lead partner WIPs and troubleshoot delivery issues with SSPs and DSPs.
• Boost fill rates CPMs and revenue by unlocking underutilised inventory refining segmentation and sharpening pricing strategies.
• Work hand-in-hand with Product Ad Tech and Ops to align platform capabilities with evolving programmatic demand and scalable identity integrations.
• Champion the rollout of ID solutions like CRA ID to future-proof our offering and expand addressable reach.
• Embed supply-side strategy into go-to-market plans uncover new programmatic opportunities and help hit national revenue targets.
• Ensure our supply strategy supports holistic growth across LiSTNRs full digital footprintfrom streaming audio to display and video.
• Use analytics and supply-side insights to uncover monetisation opportunities guide product decisions and keep LiSTNRs programmatic edge razor-sharp.
