In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

• Operate and monitor machines used for molding or vulcanizing rubber articles or products
• Use machines, equipment or hand tools to cut, shape, connect, adjust and bond rubber materials to form parts or finished products
• Use finishing machines or equipment to trim, grind or trim rubber products, grinding or trimming rubber products into their final shape
• Visually inspect finished products for defects and to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Package products in accordance with instructions
• Permanent full-time position
• Shift : evening (Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm), night (Sunday to Thursday 11pm-7am)
• Salary : $23.70 / hr on entry, $25.22 / hr after 1920 hours worked
• Shift premium : $1.25 / hr for evening shift, $1.75 / hr for night shift
