Job descriptionPrepare regular status reports and project documentation, providing transparent visibility into project progress, milestones, and outcomes. Prior experience working with customers in the aerospace industry is preferred. DEC's degree (Diploma of College Studies) in manufacturing engineering, computer science, or a related field. You are comfortable using IT solutions and supporting users. First experience in root cause analysis and IT problem-solving abilities. Writing of technical documents (BRD, specifications, etc.). Technical discussions with end users. Knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in the aerospace sector. Understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Shopfloor Support to join our dynamic team. You will ensure several steps of digital shopfloor application in the aerospace sector : deployment and support. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- You support users in the use of shopfloor applications.
- Coaching / Training of newcomers.
- Writing bugs sheets or specifications of evolution requests.
- Act as a link between users and the solutions project team.
