Responsibilities:

•Welcome customers warmly and build relationships to understand their furniture needs.

•Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style, budget, and space requirements.

•Develop an in-depth understanding of the furniture selection, including materials, designs, dimensions, and care instructions.

•Explain the features and benefits of various products to help customers make informed decisions.

•Guide customers through the purchasing process, from selection to finalizing transactions.

•Handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and patience.

•Assist customers in placing orders, arranging financing, and scheduling deliveries.

•Verify order accuracy and coordinate follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Address customer concerns, product issues, or complaints promptly and effectively.

•Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets by employing effective selling techniques.

•Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.

•Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

•Educate customers about policies related to warranties, returns, and exchanges.

•Performing various other duties, as assigned

Compensation:
