We are seeking a qualified Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and validation of ground control software, simulators, and test tools that support critical mission systems. Location: Mississauga, ON Job Type: Full Time Working Arrangement: Hybrid Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of ground control software, simulators, and test tools for space-based robotic systems - Design modular, extensible, testable, and efficient software architecture - Produce clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation - Lead and participate in the implementation, integration, and testing of software solutions - Conduct code, design, and technical reviews for both senior and junior engineers - Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, technical discussions, and review of work products - Lead task estimation and support technical planning activities - Collaborate with other senior engineers and management to define, evolve, and enforce coding standards, tools, and development processes - Work within an Agile development environment - Perform other duties as assigned by management or technical leadership Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science - 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience - Proven ability to design and implement software solutions on Windows and/or Linux platforms - Strong frontend development experience - Demonstrated Experience with: - Angular (required) - C# / ASP.NET Core (required) - JavaScript/ReactJS (used in Storybook) - CSS/HTML/.Net Technologies/UX Design - Experience working with and designing relational and non-relational data leveraging: - SQL (MSSQL, Postgres) Entity Framework, LINQ - NoSQL (Mongo, Couchbase) - Cache technologies (Redis)/ETL - Automated testing - Agile development environment - Experience with automated testing frameworks - Comfortable working in an Agile development environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $110,000-$140,000 CAD The base salary or rate offered to an applicant within this range is determined by considering several factors, including the individual's geographic location, skills, competencies, and unique qualifications.
