We are currently looking to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative.

The Inside Sales Representative manages the customer experience from the initial point of contact to the appointment stage of our proven sales process. The successful candidate will assist customers by answering general questions about vehicles and booking express appointments for O’Regan’s sales departments.

What You'll do:

Interacting with customers using telephone and email
Gathering preliminary details on potential customer trade in vehicles
Checking inventory availability
Booking test drives
Maintaining customer database, ensuring information is thorough and accurate
Conducting follow-ups with customers on a timely basis

What You'll Bring:

A strong aptitude for customer service and building rapport
Experience in a sales or call centre environment considered an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A well organized, results focused and reliable team player
Technologically savvy – this position requires frequent use of Windows 10 and Google Chrome
The ability to type quickly and with accuracy
