The role demands a self-starter with a proactive, output-oriented approach, who can integrate with the broader consulting services and act as a brand ambassador for the organization. Candidates for the VP - Consulting role at the company should have 3 to 5 years' of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or consulting, and possess a university degree. The role requires a Canadian resident or citizen, with a preference for those with a background in Christian higher education.
