What you will do
- Develop custom applications with D365 CRM / Power Apps, enhanced with AI and Copilot technologies
- Automate workflows and business processes with Power Automate, integrating AI for smarter workflows.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards / reports using Power BI, leveraging AI for deeper insights
- Participate in cutting-edge work around AI, utilizing tools such as OpenAI, LLM, GPT, Copilot, and others to enhance business solutions and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with teams for requirements gathering and understand business processes.
- Translate business needs into D365 CRM / Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot / debug D365 / CRM Power Platform solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform features, AI advancements, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies for optimization and efficiency.
