Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Job Summary :

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the team.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
