As a Branch Manager, you will report directly to the executive team, managing daily operations and ensuring top-notch member services. You'll engage with the community to promote cross-selling of credit union products while developing branch goals and managing budgets. This position emphasizes leadership and commitment to the reputation of Sunshine Coast Financial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage branch loan and deposit portfolios effectively
• Direct staff utilization and enhance member satisfaction
• Implement marketing plans for product and service promotion
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff training programs
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and lease agreements
Requirements:
• High school diploma, business degree preferred
• Minimum five years in supervisory or management role
• Experience in credit union environment essential
