About the Role On behalf of our client in the Banking industry , the company is seeking a motivated Business Analyst ready to take on new challenges. Your Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for :
Support product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision-making and deliverables.
Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders of varying levels and expertise
Model current and target processes based on the Bank's existing mapping practices (BPM).
Carry out high-level and detailed impact analyses on all angles of the process and with the help of experts.
Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their links and ensure their traceability.
Make change management strategy proposals to solution users, provide coaching to facilitate adoption and adherence to new directions.
Maximize automation, pre-authorization, renewal (automated RNO CT1) and disbursements.
Integrated renewal process and streamlining and standardization of financial analysis (eliminate double indexing).
Be a strategic growth lever, with cross-functional ROE modeling (RBP) and latitude management integrated into the pre-disbursement workflow. Your Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree related to the industry and several years of relevant experience. Key Skills :
Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Experience in business transformation, change management and continuous improvement (Black Belt lean six sigma asset).
Experience in business process mapping : modeling, BPMN, Lean approach. Personal Qualities :
