Title : Senior Business Analyst

Location : Toronto, ON

Duration : Fixed PERM  Contract for 18 months

The role is "Hybrid", 3 days office working 7.25 hours per calendar day

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Experience with parking management systems or payment processing preferred.
• Strong background in process improvement and requirements-gathering methodologies.
• CBAP, CCBA, or other relevant business analysis certifications.
• Experience with smart city initiatives, operations command centers or municipal operations.
• Knowledge of parking industry trends and technologies.
• Extensive Experience in enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
