This role provides the opportunity to manage medium-complexity construction contracts, collaborate with Client-Partners, and contribute to the delivery of infrastructure at their Cold Lake location. Key Responsibilities

Contract & Project Management

• Manage and administer contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality specifications.
• Monitor and control project schedules, addressing risks and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Review progress claims, negotiate and issue change orders, and address scope changes.
• Manage contract financials, consultant construction reviews, and third-party testing.
