Source Office Furniture is seeking an Account Executive at our Kitchener, ON location. This is a full-time, permanent position and is Hybrid.

This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. The sales region includes Kitchener-Waterloo, including Guelph and Cambridge. This role also supports the showroom when necessary, by meeting with customers, determining their needs through a consultative approach, and proposing the appropriate solution.

Main Responsibilities
Selling and Prospecting
Sell the entire range of Source products with new and existing customers by scheduling appointments and meetings to discuss options through a consultative approachAbility to work with Canadian manufacturersDevelop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling, direct mail, email and networkingConduct product demos and presentations tailored to the prospect’s needsCreate and present a proposed layout of the customer’s space reflecting product based on specific measurementsProvide product quotes as requiredMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsSupport
Provide support to the in-store team when not prospecting or when asked by the managerKeep up to date on new products, services, procedures and toolsAdministrative Duties
Complete all work orders, invoices, quotes and all other necessary paperwork related to each saleComplete any other tasks as instructed by the GTA Sales ManagerQualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or account executive roleDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based approachesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build rapport with a wide range of customers with open communicationStrong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)High School diploma required, post-secondary degree is an assetMust have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and business auto insuranceLegally authorized to work in CanadaPreferred Qualifications
Industry experience in Office Furnishings with a proven track record
Shift Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm.
