What You’ll Do
You’ll act with integrity to :
- Welcome customers, with service provided to the highest professional standards.
- Ensure efficient service by assisting guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
- Demonstrate good judgment for cash management.
You’ll support our collaboration as you :
Provide a positive, enthusiastic approach while promoting cooperative and effective working relationships with co-workers and customers.Work with the culinary team to ensure efficient service, quality food, and presentation.Provide food and beverage service to guests in the In Camera dining room, as well as hosting and cashier duties to ensure all guests are welcomed, and fine dining standards are met.Can be assigned to catering events or cashier duties in the Quorum Café as business operations require.Maintain public seating areas around the café by sanitizing tables after every guest, keeping the area clean, and ensuring the garbage area is tidy and emptied.Performs other related activities as required and keeps up to date on related skill development in order to use any new technologies or processes as required.How You Qualify
You demonstrate excellence through your :
Three (3) months of experience in a restaurant environment.Completion of the Food Safety Certificate is required.Completion of Smart Service Certificate required.Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitization standards.Ability to understand and utilize a POS (Point of Sale) System.Knowledge of menu offerings and responds to guest inquiries to assist with their order selections.Providing excellent customer service to guests by ensuring food and beverage service is delivered efficiently and courteously.Knowledge of menu offerings and responds to guest inquiries to assist with their order selections.Preparing and serving side dishes, condiments, desserts, and beverages, including alcoholic drinks.Setting up of tables and arranging China, flatware, glassware, linen, and other items related to food and beverage service.Compliance with all Health and Safety requirements, ensuring correct work procedures are followed, communicating hazard information, and control procedures.Here’s what awaits you :
