Key Responsibilities :

• Project reporting for utility client programs and dozens of participant companies
• Planning and partnering with SEM coaches and program managers for both on-site and behind-the-scenes program implementation
• Prepare for, participate in and follow up on client meetings
• Attend and help facilitate all aspects of group and one-on-one workshops from planning to follow-up reporting and action planning
• Client and participant report reviewing, editing, and writing for technical and non-technical audiences
• Program material development, review and editing
• Maintain communications and data sharing systems between clients, customers and internal team
• Track participant milestone
• Support data collection, forecasting and analysis of participant data for statistical modeling and client reporting
• Create and format visual presentations and reports
• Develop new and improve existing internal tracking and project management systems

Requirements :

• 3+ years projectcoordination / managementexperience in a professional environment
• Demonstrated advanced working knowledge and proficiency with MS Office programs
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
