We are searching for aseasoned Senior SEM Manager to lead our search engine marketinginitiatives playing a critical role in our clients digitalmarketing success.
This position demands a blend of strategicacumen and handson expertise in paid search and display advertisingaimed at driving measurable results.

KeyResponsibilities :
- Developand implement cuttingedge SEM strategies focusing on Google Ads andBing Ads to meet and exceed clientgoals.
- Oversee and optimize paid search anddisplay campaigns ensuring optimal performance andROI.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research adcopywriting and landing page optimization to enhance campaignsuccess.
- Collaborate closely with clients toalign SEM strategies with their business objectives providinginsightful recommendations and strategicguidance.
- Monitor and manage substantial adbudgets ensuring efficient spend and maximizing campaignperformance.
- Utilize analytics tools to trackcampaign performance making datadriven decisions to continuallyrefine and improve results.
- Stay abreast of thelatest SEM trends and technologies applying innovative approachesto keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Leadinternal and external stakeholder communications presentingcampaign results and strategic insights with clarity andimpact.

Requirements :
5years of handson experience in SEM preferably in a B2B SaaS ordigital agency setting with a proven track record ofsuccess.
- Proficiency in managinglargescale ad budgets with direct experience in budget allocationand optimization.
- Strong foundation in GoogleAds Bing Ads and other search engine marketing platforms withcertifications being a plus.
- Expertise inanalytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics providingactionable insights for campaignoptimization.
- Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to convey complex strategiesin a clear and persuasive manner.
- Solid projectmanagement capabilities leveraging tools like ClickUp to maintainorganization and drive project timelines.
