The Opportunity
The Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst is seeking a Program Lead to guide, monitor, and oversee the delivery of cybersecurity training and strategic initiatives for small‑ and medium‑sized organizations as well as not‑for‑profits. This role is responsible for developing and managing planning tools, financial tracking, reporting systems, and operational processes. The Program Lead will ensure that project KPIs and priorities are efficiently coordinated, accurately tracked, and clearly communicated across cross‑functional teams. In this position, you will provide leadership and support to project managers and teams on both new and existing project proposals. You will also manage stakeholder and funder relationships, deliver timely updates and reports, and support the execution of related marketing initiatives.
