Opportunity

As Director of Engineering, you will play a key leadership role, guiding teams building advertising bidding algorithms that perform millions of bids daily and continuously optimize campaign performance. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and other functions to deliver robust, scalable, and innovative solutions for our customers. You’ll help shape our engineering culture, drive operational excellence, and develop the next generation of technical leaders.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams responsible for core platform components, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Drive engineering execution and delivery—establishing clear goals, processes, and best practices to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Product, Design, Data, QA) to align technical execution with business goals and customer needs.
• Guide architectural and technical decisions to ensure our platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Attract, hire, and develop top engineering talent, with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
• Support operational excellence by driving incident management, technical debt remediation, and platform reliability initiatives.
• Represent engineering in strategic planning, roadmap discussions, and executive forums as needed.

The Interview Process

Every role starts with an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call. Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1 : 1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment / Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming / Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
