Our client, a clinic located in Toronto's West End, is seeking full-time Family Physicians to join their team. This role offers flexible hours, competitive fee-for-service compensation, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care within a supportive environment.

About the Clinic: The clinic has undergone extensive renovation and offers on-site specialist services including Internal Medicine, Orthopaedic Surgery, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Located in a growing residential neighbourhood, it provides a modern and comfortable setting for both patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using PS Suite EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
• Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation: Fee-for-service payment structure with estimated annual earnings ranging from $300,000 to $360,000 (GBP 171,300 - 205,550), based on billings.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Certification from CFPC or equivalent.
• Eligibility for CPSO licensure.
• For internationally trained doctors: CCFP, MRCGP (UK), FRACGP, MICGP, or American Board certification within family medicine.
