Location : Various locations across BC
Overview : As a Civil Engineer, you will design, develop, and oversee construction projects including roads, bridges, and public buildings.
You will ensure that these projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
- Consider construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors in planning stages.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
- Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project sites.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
