Position : Corporate Lawyer
Location : Barrie, ON
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 per year (depending on experience)
Industry : Law / Corporate / Legal / Law Firm
Employment Term : Full-time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Involved in corporate organizations, and re-organizations.
- Structured financings and private placements.
- Business acquisitions and dispositions.
- Drafting and negotiating all manner of general corporate and commercial agreements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Law degree and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- 5+ years related corporate law experience, preferably in a private practice setting.
- Proven working ability to handle files independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
