Position Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Auto Claims Adjuster to join our Workforce Advantage team in Ontario, Canada .

The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle Auto claims by telephone and correspondence. The candidate has the ability to work effectively with insureds, adjusters, clients and more. The candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate recording, reporting, and presentation of files.

As part of the Workforce Advantage team, you would be on our roster to be contacted and placed on a contract with our clients based on availability and fit.

You would be an employee of Crawford & Co. but would be working at other insurance company offices / sites (remotely).

The role would be a contract position typically 3-12 months in length with the possibility of the contract being extended or being offered a permanent position with the client in the end.

Requirements

  • 2 years of technical experience in an insurance claims environment, knowledge of commercial lines will be considered an asset
  • Post-secondary education in an insurance related field working towards full license and CIP designation
  • Must be able to obtain an Ontario Adjusters Licence
  • Ability to conduct telephone investigations, evaluate, negotiate and settle first and third party commercial lines claims
  • Advanced computer skills including Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service

Résumé de la Position

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un E xpert en sinistre automobile pour se joindre à notre équipe à Ontario, Canada .

Le candidat retenu enquêtera , évaluera , négociera et réglera les réclamations de lignes commerciales par téléphone et par correspondance . Le candidat dirigera les experts en sinistres sur le terrain sur la base d’une tâche . Le candidat participera à l’exactitude de l’enregistrement , de la production de rapports et de la présentation des dossiers.

Qualifications

  • 2 ans d’expérience technique dans un environnement de sinistres d’assurance , la connaissance des lignes commerciales sera considérée comme un atout
  • Études postsecondaires dans un domaine lié à l’assurance en vue d’obtenir une licence complète et une désignation de PAA
  • Capacité de mener des enquêtes téléphoniques , d’évaluer , de négocier et de régler les réclamations relatives aux lignes commerciales de première et de tierce partie
  • Compétences informatiques avancées , y compris Office 365
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Doit être un joueur d’équipe avec un engagement fort envers la qualité et le service à la clientèle
