Product & Project Management (Technical)

• Support project management onboarding activities for Visa Campaign Services and other digital initiatives for Visa client institutions and processors to ensure client and internal expectations are exceeded.
• Operate as the Project Lead for various internal and external initiatives, focused on Standard to Moderate project complexity.
• Coordinate directly with internal resources to understand set up requirements and facilitate new campaigns with a high degree of excellence.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand and execute campaign and digital servicesolutionswithout customer impact.
• Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure deliveryon commitments.
• Manage routine and non-routine, moderately complexprocessing and change requests, as well as support client initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, statusreports, and issues logs in compliance with Visa Global Implementation Policy standards.
• Report client project accomplishments, challenges and deliverablesto management weekly.
• Build and enhance positive working relationships withVisa client institutions, processors and internal stakeholders.
• Represent client system and operational requirements tointernal Visa organizations.
• Responsible for own workflow assignments and must beable to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
• Responsible for working with internal resources on resolving issues through internal ticket-tracking system.
• Update and enhance internal support documents to assistinternal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify operational opportunities to increase service quality or efficiency.
• Must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines for assigned work.
• Must be able to work independently, with team members.
• Embody the Visa Leadership Principles.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Visa is looking to fill vacant positionImplementation Analyst. The anticipated compensation range for this position is 84,780 CAD to 133,650 CAD per year, which includes sales incentive payments / annual bonus.
