Adecco is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) - Structures to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and modifications to aircraft structures in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Performing all work tasks, ensuring that repairs, modifications, and inspections are carried out according to the customer's check package, Transport Canada Regulations (CARS), Technical Airworthiness Manual (TAM), and Quality Control Procedures (QCP).
  • Ensuring that all necessary documentation, including paperwork and reports associated with repairs, are completed accurately, and submitted on time.
  • Providing leadership and coaching to junior technicians to ensure work tasks are carried out efficiently and accurately, fostering skill development in the trade.
  • Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Carrying out additional duties as required to support the team and business operations.

Requirements :

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (approved by Transport Canada or equivalent governing body).
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Holder of an AME license or equivalent certification.
  • Immediate Controlled Goods Clearance required (only Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • A solid background in aircraft maintenance, particularly in structural repairs and modifications.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to guide and mentor junior technicians.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • A passion for the aviation industry and continuous professional development.
