Project Coordinator / InsideSales Construction ServiceSolutions
Weare looking for an ambitious customer centric construction or engineering individual who wants to move into a solution sales role.
This role is salary for the first year and comeswith full sales training and a supportive team. Afterthe first year it is Salary commission and the skyis the limit for earning potential.
Our valued Client is based in Coquitlam BC and delivers afull range of safe reliable engineered forming shoring andscaffolding solutions servicing the residential commercial civiland infrastructure markets.
If you have experience working with formingshoring and scaffolding equipment you will hit theground running.
Must Have :
- 3years of relevant experience( construction QS Estimation orEngineering )
- Strong ability toread blueprints
- Ability to visualize forming and shoringschemes
- Microsoft Office (MS Word IntermediateExcel Outlook)
- Valid driver'slicense
- Must be able to travel
Nice toHave :
- Knowledge of forming and shoring equipment
- College diploma in relevant field
- Experience doing takeoffs / estimates
- Salesforce Experience
- ERP systemexperience
Responsibilities :
- Assists with materialtake offs
- Assist with creating and trackingquotations
- Maintains records of projects toproperly manage job sites; generates other reports asrequired.
- Determine preliminary equipmentavailability.
- Consults with engineering andoperations departments as required.
- Attendinternal and customer meetings as required and record and preparewritten minutes and action item logs
- Attendproject kick off meetings and record minutes
- Maintain a professional appearance demeanour and attitudeat all times.
