corporate commercial solicitor with a book of business for their team. They offer a competitive base commensurate with experience, with bonus incentives to the right candidate.

Qualifications :

• JD from an Canadian accredited law school
• 7+ years of experience in M&A, corporate administration and governance, drafting and negotiation contracts especially related to real estate, licensing, and entity formations
• Portable book of business

Responsibilities :

• A team player with the ability to collaborate in a close-knit environment
• Proficiency at business development
• Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction with respect to juniors
