Primary Responsibilities :
Analyze financial actuals and prepare variance analyses.
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop and deliver accurate financial reports to various stakeholders, and translate the numbers into actionable business insights.
Partner with the Accounting team to support month-end and year-end close activities.
Analyze business reports to support management decision-making.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience :
2+ years in a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
CPA ideal, but not required
Advanced Excel skills required, and able to learn new systems / software quickly
Very strong analysis and reporting skills
Strong communication skills; able to explain the numbers to senior leadership and non-finance professionals with confidence and ease
Ability to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail and organization
