Position : Carpet Cleaning Supervisor

ON BEHALF OF BCS BCSCLEANING INC. Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a highlymotivated and experienced Carpet Cleaning Supervisor to join ourteam.

As a fulltime permanent employee you will have theopportunity to lead a team of carpet cleaning technicians andensure the highest level of service for our clients.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage ateam of carpet cleaning technicians ensuring they are followingcompany policies and procedures

Train andmentor new team members ensuring they are properly equipped toperform their duties

Schedule and coordinatecleaning appointments taking into account client preferences andavailability

Conduct quality checks andinspections to ensure work meets company standards

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentordering new supplies as needed

Respond toclient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professionalmanner

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness andfunctionality of company vehicles and equipment

Keep accurate records of work completed and report any issues orincidents to management

Implement and enforcesafety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of employees andclients

Assist with cleaning duties as neededincluding carpet cleaning stain removal and spottreatment

Requirements :

Highschool diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 yearsexperience in carpet cleaning or related field

Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of ateam

Excellent timemanagement andorganizational skills

Knowledge of cleaningproducts techniques and equipment

Valid driverslicense and clean driving record

Ability tolift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods oftime

Flexibility to work weekends and eveningsas needed
