Qualifications:

• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Have a valid Ontario hairstylist license
• Have 2 -5 years of hair styling experience
• Live in close proximity to the salon (Scarborough, ON)
• Proven skills and experience in Colour & Chemical Techniques (Please bring to interview: portfolio, Instagram account, certificates and/or photos demonstrating your colour work)
• Able to communicate effectively with the client
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude

What You Would Be Doing?

• Adhere to the First Choice Hair 4-step Brand Standard for Service Excellence
• Meet service & retail targets and adhere to salon processes / procedures
• Provide client consultations with recommendations on styles, services, and products
• Offer exceptional customer service to our guests during their hair appointments
• Technically savvy and comfortable with computer applications (including POS)
