VMI Customer Service Representative (London)

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : (You Will) :

Travel to customer facilities in London and surrounding area on a daily or weekly basis

Perform inventory cycle counts and inventory replenishment for on-site inventory and vending machine inventory at customer stocking locations

Interact with the customer’s personnel to provide the highest level of customer service

Fill customer orders and package orders for delivery

Complete deliveries as required

Organize and maintain accurate inventory at all stocking locations

Work with WFS Sales staff to create VMI programs for customers

Advise Inside Customer Service Representative of customer orders and requests

Follow all safety protocol in compliance with WFS' Health and Safety policies, the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the customer’s safety program

Support the WFS Quality System

All other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (You Have) :

Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience, and 2 years’ customer service experience

Completion of high school diploma, or equivalent experience

Ability to self-manage, self-motivate, and work independently

Demonstrated winning attitude

Superior organizational and time management skills

Proven ability to build relationships with customers and business partners, and communicate effectively

Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

Ability to learn and retain new software programs relating to industrial vending

Possession of a valid G driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
