Pumping Solutions, a DXP company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ontario, CA to make out going calls, follow up on quotes and leads. Will be working out of the Ontario, Calif. office.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to :

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
  • Processing customer phone orders
  • Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
  • Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
  • Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to :

  • 1-2 years of customer service knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer application experience including use of VOIP phones, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, data entry into CRMs, and web portals such as Ariba.
  • Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
  • Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
  • Prior inside sales / customer service experience
  • Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
  • Regular in-person attendance required
  • Experience with pumps and pump applications prefered
  • general knowledge of fluid hydraulicsNormal business hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
