Associate Client Partner

As part of the Enterprise Sales team, you will work closely with Senior Client Partners during the first six months to gain experience and build a solid foundation in our platform, industry, and sales strategies. Afterwards, you will grow your own leads, manage your pipeline, and build your own territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, industry events, email campaigns, and other outreach methods and prospecting tools to build pipeline independently
- Sales Support : Assist senior sales representatives by preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, providing them with information about products and services
- Sales Follow-up : Follow up on leads, respond to client inquiries, and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products / services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients through a value-based selling lens
- Sales Pipeline Management : Help maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data, activities, and client interactions
- Market Research : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, the competitive landscape, and the evolving creator marketing space
- Training & Development : Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and stay current on company products,, and measurement best practices
- Sales Target Achievement : Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by management
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience
Qualifications

Experience : 1–2 years in sales or client‑facing roles, such as Account Manager or Digital Planner, preferably in influencer / creator marketing or adjacent fields like media sales, publishing, or social platform sales. $70,000 - $90,000 a year. Base salary only. Additional variable pay, stock options, perks and benefits as applicable. Transparent framework and level‑based pay.
