SUMMARY
The Building Condition Assessor II applies building condition assessment processes and technical standards in conducting (specialized) asset assessments for the purpose of identifying asset condition and deficiencies.

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $61,850 - $84,000 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
