About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Engineer with a product mindset—someone who enjoys spending time on backend and data management work, while at the same time caring about how our rich data set can be leveraged for business value. You’ll work closely with our cloud platform team and full-stack developers to make sure data is in the right place at the right time for internal and external stakeholders. We value engineers who think beyond “just code” to understand why a feature exists, how it’s used, and how it can be better.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain features with a focus on data management and data access.
• Backend : Go (Golang), Python
• Infrastructure : PostgreSQL, AWS S3, Kafka
• Data Warehousing : Snowflake, Redshift (or similar)
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities to realize value from our data set.
• Advocate for good data management practices, including maintainable schema design.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization who have important data to contribute to our growing data lake.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning.
• Optimize performance and cost.
