Overview of the Role :
Reporting to the Distribution Manager this position is an active participant in the Saskatchewan / Manitoba / NWON distribution team, and will provide confidential support for the team and be responsible for a range of duties.
Salary :
$52,730.00 - $79,145.00
How you will make contributions that matter :
- Support commission calculations and preparation.
- Process all Dist / Whse dept. invoices for accounts payable.
- Preparing all Legal Documents for Independent Operator Contracts
- Participate in creation of annual budget.
- Participate in the monthly financial reporting.
- Support the Departments transition to SAP.
- Prepare administrative documents and other confidential correspondence;
- Track and measure various areas of the department;
- Ensure all independent operators have sufficient and up to date insurances as per their delivery and distribution agreements;
- Daily interactions with distribution team and independent operators;
- Assist with set up and attend operator meetings these meetings may occur after typical business hours of operation;
- Administer all company policies in a fair, consistent and reasonable manner;
- Other duties as assigned.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications :
- Post-secondary training in accounting / general business / administration. Related experience would be a suitable alternative;
- Minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience;
- Advanced business software skills (Excel, Word, Maestro)
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- High level of self-motivation;
- Ability to multi task and work with tight time lines.
