Key Responsibilities :
- Design Drawings & 3D Modeling : Create detailed design drawings and 3D models for commercial and residential millwork projects using Inventor.
- Layouts & Renderings : Develop layouts and renderings, and prepare color selection boards for the sales department to support client presentations and decision-making.
- Shop Drawings & Install Packages : Prepare precise shop drawings and millwork drawings for manufacturing and generate install packages for installers to ensure accurate execution on-site.
- Color Schemes & Materials : Select and suggest color schemes, furniture, and materials, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the project.
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience with Inventor or a similar design software.
- Skills : Strong proficiency in design drawing, 3D modeling, and creating detailed layouts and renderings.
- Attention to Detail : Excellent ability to prepare accurate and detailed drawings and documents.
- Creativity : Ability to select and suggest effective color schemes, furniture, and materials.
- Team Player : Collaborative and communicative with the ability to work closely with sales and installation teams.
